The Payment & Processing Specialist will be responsible for performing three primary functions, which are critical to client satisfaction and compliance/contractual requirements.
This individual will work with the investigation and processing of specialized accounts such as bankruptcy, deceased and identity theft claims. Analytical research must be engaged when handling these specialized accounts based on specific regulatory laws.
Secondly this individual will be responsible for tasks related to credit reporting. This individual will analytically investigate all consumer inquires, written, verbally and electronically submitted. After investigation will provide a summarized analysis of account information based on CFPB and BBB complaints.
Lastly, this individual will be responsible for assisting with payment processing related tasks, invoice creation and custom client reports as needed.
