Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises the daily activities of a loan servicing team. Oversees and coordinates processing and documenting loan transactions, insurance, and tax bills, and performing escrow analysis. Being a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor ensures that loan transaction files are accurate and complete, and that staff complies with appropriate procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Performs quality checks and resolves issues. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor monitors workload and allocates resources to meet production goals. Coaches and trains team. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Sun Loan Company is currently looking for reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Customer Service Loan Specialists to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is a positive, coachable, and dependable team-oriented individual who is driven to provide 5-star customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.
As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs.Job duties include:
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Assess customer's loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
- Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
- Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have availability to work:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
- Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs).
- Some overtime may be required.
- No Sundays!
