Oversees and coordinates processing and documenting loan transactions, insurance, and tax bills, and performing escrow analysis. Being a Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor ensures that loan transaction files are accurate and complete, and that staff complies with appropriate procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Performs quality checks and resolves issues. Additionally, Consumer Loan Servicing Supervisor monitors workload and allocates resources to meet production goals. Coaches and trains team. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department. Job Summary
The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist ensures the successful boarding of all consumer loans to the core operating system. This position processes the monthly payment and payoff reports on HELOCs serviced by third parties and processes the release of all paid off collateral and total loss vehicles and maintains auto draft requests. The incumbent monitors insurance tracking and force placement of auto insurance and responds to departmental customer correspondence and phone inquiries.
