As a senior professional in Servicing & Asset Management, your ability to prioritize, lead and create robust servicing and asset management procedures and to institute and refine internal controls will be critical to this function and the Company’s growth.
Primary responsibilities for the senior professional of Servicing & Asset Management is to manage and oversee all aspects of Servicing and Asset Management by providing essential analytical and operational support to the COO and Executive Leadership Team.
Essential Functions:
Servicing
· Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of loan data for effective onboarding and servicing of loans
· Take ownership of Company loan data; ensure accurate remittance and loan activity reporting
· Work with Company accountants in providing guidance with books & records- standardize reporting, track cash flows, proceeds, expenses, and Pnl
· Manage remittance reporting and surveillance activities
· Review servicing reports, process transactions, review and reconcile servicing Trial Balance
· Spearhead technology solutions for automation, scalability and secure data warehousing
· Resolve servicing bottlenecks and friction points
· Work with CIO and Approved Buyers in providing analysis for loan purchases and sales
· Assume lead role to ensure vendor compliance and operational requirements are met
· Build best in class reporting, prepare analysis over company transaction history, counterparty metrics, performance information and forecasts
· Work with debt providers, including coordination of funding activities and data validation over loan and debt balances
· Prepare settlement statements/trade documents for loan trades/ bulk sales and purchases
· Interact with debt providers including data validation over loan and debt facilities being pledged/or borrowed against
· Build relationship with rating agencies; manage securitization limits, reinvestment periods
Asset Management
· Create impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders; design and implement aging and delinquency reports to monitor loan portfolio
· Set operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service
· Consult with vendors and Borrowers on draws/ project status, scrutinizing budgets to determine progress and consistency with exit strategies
· Analyze portfolio changes and identify any irregularities that may negatively impact portfolio and/or company
· Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review accounts
· Review loan data, file maintenance and perform periodic audits of loan servicing files
· Manage the escrow, taxes & insurance disbursement process ensuring all real estate taxes, insurance is processed timely and accurately
· Manage IO and B-pieces
· Where applicable, negotiate extension options and/or modifications with borrowers
· Manage DIL, short sales, REO process in compliance with performance standards
Required Competencies
Advance Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, familiar with most if not all functions in Excel.

Education & Work Experience
This opportunity requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree as well as related experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate loan servicing and asset management.
