Consumer Loan Servicing Clerk jobs in Petaluma, CA

Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to join our Loan Operations team at either our corporate office in Novato.
  
In a team-oriented environment, the Loan Servicing Associate supports the loan servicing area by performing a variety of customer service, filing and system maintenance tasks.

Essential Duties:   

• Processes paperwork for payoff demands and completes the paid loan process, including release of liens.
• Performs loan system maintenance in accordance with department processes and procedure. Performs file maintenance tasks, including scanning, as directed.
• Answers telephone and assists branches and customers with routine inquiries including payoffs, billing questions and other miscellaneous loan inquiries

Professional / Educational Experience:   

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Loan Operations; New Accounts and FIS/Metavante experience a plus  
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.   

The hiring pay range for this position is $20.91 to $31.79. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
