Responsibilities:- Inspect electronic subassemblies, assemblies and units at various stages of assembly for adherence to J-STC-001 and related quality and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in analysis of inspection data to drive continuous improvement in product quality and reliability.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics QC inspection.
- Prior experience with J-STD-001, IPC-610, and/or NASA 8739 and/or related inspection criteria. Willing to train individuals with related inspection experience.
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- US citizenship is required.
