Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative ensures that the collection call processes meet company standards and guidelines. Monitors calls to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state-specific regulations. Being a Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative provides guidance on how collection calls are conducted and document any violations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Consumer Loan Quality Assurance Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
