Due to recent growth, our corporate office is currently seeking to fill a full-time Loan Processor position in our Consumer Lending Department. Applicants must be punctual, detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are met.

Proficiency in Google Docs is needed, and the ability to be a fast learner of our internal system is critical. Finance or lending experience, or equivalent, is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Review initial loan approval and incoming loan documentation and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy.
• Review credit reports of customers and verify customer’s credit history in terms of debts and payments.
• Meet daily performance metrics as defined by management.
• Ensure approval falls within established lending guidelines.
• Work directly with branches, managers, loan originators, underwriting and vendors to satisfy outstanding loan conditions.
• Update loan comments when appropriate and ensure all parties who come in contact with the loan are able to understand the status of the loan file.
• Other duties as assigned.
