JOB SUMMARY:

Processes new and renewed consumer installment and home equity loans.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:

1. Produce accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system.
2. Ensure collateral is collected and lien perfection is complete.
3. Review documents for quality and regulatory requirements.
4. Review files to certify that all loan policy and procedures are being met.
5. Set up and organize loan documents in a standardized file format.
6. Ensure that loan documents are produced in a timely manner.
7. Complete pre-booking on computer system.
8. Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate work flow.
9. Perform other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of:

• Consumer installment loan documentation
• Home equity loan documentation
• Regulatory requirements
• Microsoft Office
• Computer systems
• Office machines
