Consumer Loan Processor performs administrative tasks for loan processing. Collects and prepares necessary information required by each loan type and purpose to process and complete loan files. Being a Consumer Loan Processor verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness. Tracks and monitors due dates. Additionally, Consumer Loan Processor ensures all documents are prepared and finalized in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures. Inputs and maintains all required transaction and processing records according to procedures. Responds to inquiries. Prepares required regulatory reporting. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Processor works under moderate supervision. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivating your team and ensuring their success by communicating company goals, policy and procedures, and critical deadlines.
- Results Orientation: Lead your team to deliver expected results using our proven process and best practices.
- Marketing & Sales: Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by demonstrating how to sell our products to consumers, growing and maintaining business partnerships.
- Recruiting: Continuing to grow your team by sourcing and attracting candidates and conducting interviews to find the best fit for your open positions.
- Management: Ability to prepare and present concepts and recommendations to co-workers and supervisors in an effective and professional manner.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi-unit or high-volume retail, leadership role.
- Must have the ability to relocate when Area Manager position is offered.
- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
- Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
