Position: Indirect Loan Processor

Processes and reviews incoming indirect loan inquires and prepares outgoing correspondence and documents in support of Indirect Lending activities. Maintains and communicates regularly with dealers and internal staff to support loan process with an emphasis on completing the loan. Will support members through the loan process and answer incoming calls as necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years credit union or bank experience in member services and loan processing preferred
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communications and member relation skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must have working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to prepare memos, reports, and other documents using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
