OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Oversees both the Consumer and Real Estate Loan Processing departments and is responsible for managing the loan processing operations for both departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of lending processes including loan document creation, loan funding and ensuring lien filing documentation has been collected. This role also requires the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple teams. The Loan Processing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of loans contributing to the success of Retail Lending and the organization.
