    Job Summary:

    Elevate your career as a Junior Inventory/Cataloging Specialist with a pivotal role at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). You'll be a critical part of the mission to make declassification decisions regarding DIA records, both physical and electronic.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing a per document inventory of records
    • Current record holdings volume is approximately 3000 sq ft of documents (classified and unclassified)
    • Developing and accurately documenting each record description, attributes, and metadata for eventual incorporation into a DIA document finding tool
    • Performing data entry of inventories with Microsoft Office Automation tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint)
    • Updating cataloging database systems with inventory descriptors and metadata/ keywords

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
    • At least one year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Automation tools
    • The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds

    Work Setting and Environment:

    • Monday - Friday, normal business hours
    • Work is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD
    • Travel throughout the greater DC area
