Responsibilities:

• Contact consumers via phone, email, and mail to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing consumer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements governing collection practices.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets and deliver superior results.
• Utilize collection software and tools to track accounts and prioritize collection efforts effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
• No Experience needed; professional training provided.

Hybrid Work:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. Initial training for this position will be conducted in-office for the first 90 days.
