Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor supervises a group of consumer loan collectors and assists in developing strategies to minimize collection portfolio loss. Assists in designing and administering collection processes, policies, and procedures, also supervises use of computerized collection systems. Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Consumer Loan Collection Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Description
The primary purpose of this position is to perform all necessary loan document preparation, member contact and loan funding for all consumer loan types. Additional responsibilities include loan servicing duties with regard to Home Equity and Auto loans; ensuring all loan documents are complete, liens secured, GL’s accurate, files in retention and escrow accounts are serviced according to Dover Federal Credit Union’s policies and requirements.
