Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Supervisor supervises a team of recovery representatives in consumer collection activities. Coaches team to achieve collection targets. Being a Consumer Loan Collection/Recovery Supervisor directs initiatives and policies to improve collection process. May require a bachelor's degree.
