Job Description Job Summary: Responsibilities included but are not limited to managing effectively the branch office and continued growth of the branch with the direction of the Divisional Manager and Director of Operations. Provide good direction and effective leadership and effective tools to ensure growth and acceptable account management results with all branch employees. Job Responsibilities: Management of Branch - Review operating results of branch daily, weekly and monthly to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and decreased expenses. Ensure procedures outlining opening, closing, banking, account management, audits, local branch marketing, protection of assets, procedures, and other company policies are followed daily. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws. Control cash flow, balancing and audits while maintaining cash handling standards. Maintain company standards as related to staffing, operations, marketing, account management and customer service. Budget Control – Manage profit and loss statements and find additional ways to decrease expenses Employee Relations - Recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, developing, and terminating of branch staff working closely with the Divisional Manager and Director of Operations. Leadership - Communicate image consistent with company policies and vision to all employees of branch. Provide guidance in all aspects of operations. Recognize and develop skills/abilities of associates in order to meet branch and company objectives. Customer Service - Provide outstanding service and customer support. Data Entry - Complete transactions accurately and in a timely manner on both new and existing accounts.Account Maintenance - Ensure all required documents is in each customer's file. Information must be accurate and complete.Customer Privacy - Ensure confidentiality of all customer files and documented information. Sales - Recommend and sell all products and services to meet customer needs. Product Knowledge - Understand all products and be able to sell current products to all customers. Inventory Control - maintain inventory of all products. Account Management - Assist with effectively managing the accounts of all past dues and NSF's.Phone Skills - Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. Branch Appearance - Maintain a clean and organized branch. Local Travel - Assist with marketing activities, account management activities, and other staffing needs within the immediate area.
