Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Loan Processor. In this role, you will work closely with our loan officers to facilitate the loan process and helping clear loan conditions, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the lending industry.

Mortgage Loan Processor Responsibilities:

Clearing Underwriting Conditions:

• Work diligently to clear underwriting conditions by gathering necessary documentation and information.
• Liaise between clients, loan officers, and underwriters to address any outstanding conditions.
• Ensure all conditions are satisfied in a timely manner to facilitate loan approval.

Client Communication and Follow-up:

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.
• Collaborate closely with loan officers to address client inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Follow up diligently on outstanding documentation, ensuring timely submission.

Document Management and Compliance:

• Organize and manage mortgage loan files in adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and distribute required disclosure documents to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather additional information as necessary for loan processing.

Scheduling and Coordination:

• Schedule appointments for loan officers with clients and relevant parties.
• Efficiently coordinate meetings and appointments to optimize the loan officer's time.
• Ensure timely submission of required documentation by clients.

Data Entry and Processing:

• Enter and maintain accurate client information within the loan origination system.
• Generate reports and documentation as requested by loan officers.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of data across all loan-related systems.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in ensuring that all loan documentation complies with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory updates.

Compensation:

$30,000 base salary $250 per funded file. All files will be provided, no need to source your own business.
