Consumer Loan Area Manager directs the consumer loan department of a financial institution or other organization. Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of consumer lending policies. Being a Consumer Loan Area Manager analyzes lending data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement. Ensures lending volume and profit goals are met. Additionally, Consumer Loan Area Manager develops a productive staff with training and coaching. Monitors compliance with federal and state lending regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Consumer Loan Area Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Consumer Loan Area Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Job Skills / Requirements

    Job Objective:

    HES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as Area Manager to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, event management, etc. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Supervisors and Managers, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. This position will oversee multiple accounts  which will require local travel.

     

    JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Act as an ambassador for HES Facilities company values and philosophy, and implement and maintain all necessary programs to achieve Corporate Mission and Goals.

    · Facilitate and coordinate key personnel and technical / operational processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · College degree preferred

    · Progressive management experience in the custodial contracting industry

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Good computer literacy

    · Basic mechanical knowledge
