Consumer Loan Area Manager directs the consumer loan department of a financial institution or other organization. Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of consumer lending policies. Consumer Directed Care Case Manager-hybrid schedule-Hiring Bonus!
Multifaceted social service agency serving elderly and persons with disabilities, seeks Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Case Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with implementation of CDC service delivery model by assessing and enrolling consumers. Providing ongoing support for Home Care consumers while meeting regulations and requirements. Provide assessment for CDC, support, and annual updates to SCO CDC consumers. Completing required CDC opening packet. Work closely with the Fiscal Intermediary to ensure that all forms are complete and accurate to initiate the services. Record keeping for Home Care CDC consumers and SCO CDC consumers.
Applicant must be organized, possess good writing and communication skills, and have ability to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Training provided. Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related social service field. Bilingual skills and/or 3 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
Case management or experience with elders preferred. Excellent communication, written, and computer skills necessary. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year. The bonus for this position is $1,000.
