Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of consumer lending policies. AREA MANAGER needed for Eugene OR, to manage and execute all responsibilities of a multi-location business in the retail/service industry. Individual must have the ability to manage multiple properties while driving revenue and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue through competitive research, rate setting, and marketing.
· Oversee and take ownership of your operation, including organizing and implementing operational procedures and policies.

Job Requirements:
“Hands on” approach needed to help generate quality training and business accountability.
· Previous multi-location operations management experience a plus.
