Consumer Loan Area Manager directs the consumer loan department of a financial institution or other organization. Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of consumer lending policies. Being a Consumer Loan Area Manager analyzes lending data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement. Ensures lending volume and profit goals are met. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Area Manager (AM) is a key member of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. This is a regional based role in the New Jersey area reporting to the Belmar main office. The Area Manager’s responsibility is to oversee an assigned area of Playa Bowl locations and is responsible for creating and cultivating the Playa Bowls culture with all team members in the system. They are people developers, and know how to motivate, train, hold accountable and have fun with their teams. They are planners but can also fight the fires in the business when necessary. They excel in business planning, driving operational excellence and the guest experience. They will provide business acumen and financial management with effective communication. They will perform all responsibilities with the utmost dignity and respect while garnering effective relationships via mutual trust and respect.
