Consumer Loan Area Manager directs the consumer loan department of a financial institution or other organization. Oversees the research, development, communication, and implementation of consumer lending policies. Being a Consumer Loan Area Manager analyzes lending data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement. Ensures lending volume and profit goals are met. Additionally, Consumer Loan Area Manager develops a productive staff with training and coaching. Monitors compliance with federal and state lending regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Consumer Loan Area Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Consumer Loan Area Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Client Manager will be responsible for their client's satisfaction and engagement through insightful analysis, actionablerecommendations, andproactive thought leadership focused on solving the strategic business needs of their stakeholders. The Client Manager's role will includeassisting clients withnavigating through complex business challenges by providinginsightful and actionablerecommendations, contributing to overall client satisfaction andengagement, and developing your knowledge of your client's strategicbusiness needs. You may also have responsibility for leading and developingdirect reports.

    Your success in this role will be driven by five key areas. First, accurately diagnosing and decomposing your client's business issuesand successfullyproviding recommendations and insights will demonstrate your thought leadership and analytical aptitude. Second, youwill demonstrate leadership ofyour client stakeholders by building strong relationships and increasing your knowledge of their strategicgoals. Third, you will demonstrate knowledgeof NIQ's tools, data assets, and programs. Fourth, you may have responsibility for leadingand developing direct reports. Lastly is building deepindustry knowledge and expertise.

    All client facing associates are part of the commercial and revenue management process. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying opportunitiesfrom client meetings and communications, socializing them to the right client leads, and supporting them so we can act on those opportunities. We arealways listening to our clients, assessing how we can help, and driving value add through expanding our engagements and services.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Ideally 4 to 6 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in syndicated data analysis in the FMCG or CPG, Retail,Consulting or Analytics
    • Strong analytical aptitude
    • Ability to articulate your point of view or recommendationsin a clear and concise wayboth verbally and in writing
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Experience working with market trends/consumer behavior/panel insights
    • Preferred experience with working with syndicated data and tools, e-commerce
    • Related industries experience toinclude:Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, E-Commerce, Consulting, CategoryManagement, Analytics
    • Experience in client service environment and ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships
    • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software
