The Client Manager's role will includeassisting clients withnavigating through complex business challenges by providinginsightful and actionablerecommendations, contributing to overall client satisfaction andengagement, and developing your knowledge of your client's strategicbusiness needs. You may also have responsibility for leading and developingdirect reports.
Your success in this role will be driven by five key areas. First, accurately diagnosing and decomposing your client's business issuesand successfullyproviding recommendations and insights will demonstrate your thought leadership and analytical aptitude. Second, youwill demonstrate leadership ofyour client stakeholders by building strong relationships and increasing your knowledge of their strategicgoals. Third, you will demonstrate knowledgeof NIQ's tools, data assets, and programs. Fourth, you may have responsibility for leadingand developing direct reports. Lastly is building deepindustry knowledge and expertise.
All client facing associates are part of the commercial and revenue management process. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying opportunitiesfrom client meetings and communications, socializing them to the right client leads, and supporting them so we can act on those opportunities.
