Consumer Lending Branch Auditor reviews the consumer loan materials and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and policies as well as state and/or federal statutes within one branch. Makes recommendation to improve procedures and other improper documentations accordingly. Being a Consumer Lending Branch Auditor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Consumer Lending Branch Auditor typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Summary:
SUMMARY: The Consumer Lending Sales Manager is responsible for the development, communication and coaching of the local bank’s Consumer (may also include Small Business) Lending performance and sales activities, including CFB sessions for local branches and assisting new associates with lending skills. The incumbent will lead the achievement of the local market sales goals, including the consumer direct referral program. The Consumer Lending Sales Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for construction loans and is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and loan policy, products and services.

May directly supervise 1 or more associates as assigned by the Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest’s BSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. The incumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the guidelines of the bank’s procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. The incumbent provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
