Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews retail loan application processes to ensure the collection of required data for the tracking and management of the retail loan portfolio performance.
• Monitors loan delinquencies, non-accruals and charge-offs for each loan portfolio and provides reporting on trends and other portfolio changes.
• Analyzes loan portfolio performance via specialized credit analysis software and provides reports and recommendations for portfolio changes to management.
• Manages the CECL process for both retail and commercial loans, ensuring data and other info is accurately utilized within the systems while arriving at loan loss data.
• Ensures lending operations are conducted in accordance with established credit union policies and are legally complaint.
• Builds loan pricing models to support loan profitability while ensuring members receive value for their membership.
• Makes recommendations to underwriting policies to meet overall loan and credit related targets.
