Consumer Lending Administrative Assistant
The Consumer Lending Admin provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Consumer Lending Team. The CLA collaborates with and supports Consumer Lending Officers by assisting in loan processing, indirect funding, and documentation management. Acts as liaison, collaborating with Loan Operations, Members, and other Credit Union staff to facilitate an efficient loan process. Supervisors will provide regular feedback and coaching to develop basic skills and knowledge with an emphasis on training and orientation to become more familiar with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team-oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. One to three years of financial services experience preferred. Essential qualities include: strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff, members, and dealerships ; solid work ethic; reliable attendance; detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy. A high school diploma or GED is required.
