HBG Design is seeking a Construction Administration Field Representative to contribute to the delivery of memorable design experiences for our national hospitality and entertainment clients. This position will be on the construction site in Grand Rapids, Michigan area for a confidential Project. It is a 30-month duration with a start date of June 1, 2022.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
10 years of Architectural experience
Architectural Registration preferred
NAAB Accredited Architecture degree
Experience in the commercial construction industry, preferable with hospitality experience
Manages team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination
Thorough understanding of the construction process, techniques, materials, and standards
Experience with and understanding of AIA documents, particularly conditions of the contract, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders
Understanding of building codes and regulations
Software: Revit and AutoCad
Excellent communication and organizational skills
