```Duties```
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system

- Collect all payments during the sales process

-Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

-Work directly with the sales team

-Update clients during the construction process

-Collect necessary documentation and records of job progress

- Attend weekly sales performance meetings

- Attend company related events to promote the company

- Emergency responsiveness to weather events

```Qualifications```
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong account management and customer service skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or business development roles
- Knowledge in construction sales or construction products is a plus
