Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and experienced Residential Construction Workers to contribute to our construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a passion for building beautiful homes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks related to residential construction, including but not limited to framing, roofing, siding, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure accurate and high-quality construction.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Worker or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
