Job Description:

As a Roofing Sales Representative at Yucca Point Roofing and Construction, you will play a pivotal roll in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough roof inspections and assessments to provide accurate quotes.
• Collaborating with homeowners and businesses to understand their roofing needs.
• Educating customers on roofing materials, options, and our services.
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Working closely with our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess

• Proven experience in roofing sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, installation, and repair processes.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• The capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Signing bonus

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Roofing sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:
