WHAT DO YOU DO?

Our Construction Assistant Superintendent position requires a six-day workweek, punctuated by intervals between projects, summer breaks, and holiday pauses. We recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, providing our team with the flexibility and downtime they deserve.

As a Construction Assistant Superintendent, your responsibilities encompass overseeing remodel projects valued between $1-2 million. In collaboration with the superintendent, your daily tasks involve efficiently managing teams, ensuring project success within a 3-6 month timeframe. Your adaptability and problem-solving abilities are crucial as you navigate the challenges of a fast-paced construction environment, with the added opportunity of exploring the country during travel assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years in a construction-related role
• Willingness to travel for 3 - 6 months for our exciting nationwide projects
• Ability to manage tasks, delegate effectively, and ensure quality results
