Position Details:
- Full-time position in -person at company office in South Reno starting June '24
- Daily hours Monday - Friday 730a-400p (1/2-1 hour mid-day lunch break)
- Will work closely with Executive Administrator & Director of Project Operations
- Will be trained in-house for tasks required to perform
- Wage will depend on experience with opportunity for advancement
- After 6 & 12 months eligible for employee benefits

Some duties will include, and are not limited to:
- Organize client billing for bi-monthly invoicing
- Maintain employee timekeeping
- Subcontractor & supplier project correspondence
- Input project notes into BuildBook construction program
- Client & subcontractor legal Contracts
- Worker’s Comp tracking
- Email & phone correspondence with clients, subs, suppliers, etc
- Organize pick up & delivery of materials to office/shop location
- General administrative organization
