Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review project plans and identify potential issues or improvements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera) for project planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Familiarity with Civil 3D or other design software is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
