This pivotal role encompasses oversight of CM sales, project budgets, take offs, risk management, and client relations. Key responsibilities include project research and tracking, budget formulation, precise cost data compilation, design and constructability assessments, design input, collaboration with the entire design, preconstruction, and construction team, along with other preconstruction and construction-related tasks. Occasional travel may be required, without overnight stays. Reporting directly to the Director of Pre-construction, you will play a crucial role in driving our CM market endeavors.
