Role Overview: As the Construction Management Market Leader, you will spearhead the identification, bidding, and management of projects within the Construction Management sector, working closely with the RCS management team. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of CM sales, project budgets, take offs, risk management, and client relations. Key responsibilities include project research and tracking, budget formulation, precise cost data compilation, design and constructability assessments, design input, collaboration with the entire design, preconstruction, and construction team, along with other preconstruction and construction-related tasks. Occasional travel may be required, without overnight stays. Reporting directly to the Director of Pre-construction, you will play a crucial role in driving our CM market endeavors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a Project Manager or equivalent role within the construction industry.
• Profound understanding of the construction industry, job site safety protocols, meticulous scope of work drafting, contract management, strategic planning, budgeting and take-off processes, knowledge of building products, and proficiency in relevant technology. Mastery in interpreting plans, specifications, and associated project documentation is essential.
• Technical expertise including, but not limited to:
  • ProCore
  • Microsoft Project
  • Bluebeam, including proficiency in performing takeoffs and collaborative redline drawing through Bluebeam cloud.
  • MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on advanced Excel proficiency for precise cost estimation.
