Job Description: Our tight-knit construction company is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Management Support to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Construction Management Support will be to help keep our projects on schedule and to assist our skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including but not limited to: demolition, excavation, pouring concrete, framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work. As a Construction Management Support person, you will be expected to operate hand tools and power tools, carry materials, set up scaffolding and ladders, clean and maintain job sites, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including demolition, excavation, concrete work, framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work
• Assist Project Manager communicate scheduling updates to tradesmen
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisor
• Carry materials and tools to and from job sites
• Set up scaffolding and ladders
• Clean and maintain job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisor
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required

Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level

Compensation: Commensurate with experience $18-$25/ hr
