Job Summary

The Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and jobsite safety.

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience of residential construction projects as the superintendent.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work well with the project team.
• Knowledge of ProCore preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction.
