An established family owned and operated construction and management firm is seeking an individual to join their team. This is a fulltime seasonal position in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. You will be the construction lead on several projects we have going this season. This includes both commercial and residential projects. Alaska has two seasons - winter and construction. You can expect a minimum of 40 hours per week, but plan to work 7:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m., six days a week. The shorter Alaska construction season compresses the time available to complete the projects. You must possess leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Must have atleast 10 years civil construction experience. Work truck and company phone provided to qualified candidate.Compensation is $40-50 per hour, depending on experience.
