Construction Loan Manager jobs in Minnesota
Construction Loan Manager oversees construction lending officers and processes and conducts business development activities to achieve loan gain and profit objectives in a designated market. Develops relationships with builders and construction companies to obtain referrals and promote lending activity. Being a Construction Loan Manager provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to loan officers. Directs all facets of construction loan processing from origination to closing. Additionally, Construction Loan Manager reviews appraisals and credit analysis to ensure a comprehensive review process and to reduce risk. Authorizes loan requests within established limits or presents loans to loan committee for approval. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Construction Loan Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Construction Loan Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. The Lead Estimator - Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and profitability of construction projects. - Previous experience working with insurance claims is required.
- Strong track record of coordinating across multiple teams.
- Management experience/Experience running a team

- Exceptional ability to build accurate orders and estimates.
- Proficient in job cost analysis to ensure project profitability.
- Excellent coordination skills across various teams within the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Acculynx is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Capacity to see the big picture and analyze complex construction projects.
- Xactimate experience required.
- Working knowledge of building code
Function:
- Lead the estimation process for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks projects.
- Build accurate orders, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Conduct thorough job cost analysis to optimize project profitability.
- Coordinate effectively across multiple teams within the organization.
- Generate and approve quotes for roofing and siding projects.
- Work closely with design consultants ahead of material selections.
- Proactively identify potential issues on jobs and develop plans for resolution.
- Communicate clearly with the design team, other team members and homeowners regarding project details.
- Provide clear instructions to the construction crew.
- Work on-site during regular business hours.
- Update order flags and enter production notes.
- Create specialty metal quotes and orders.
- Read and analyze insurance estimates accurately.
Location: St. Louis Park, MN (On-site, remote work not an option)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus benefits and compensation package
