Position Summary: The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities to oversee our newly formed service department. Their duties include providing highest level of customer service, developing lasting business relationships and managing the service team. Must have strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as Elaine's services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post occupancy work requests and other small projects as assigned.
• Delegating and directing service tasks , monitoring the execution of timely and cost-effective field coordination. Handling post-occupancy customer complaints or concerns to mantain good relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Help develop and set up a service desk model.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing and updating invoices, developing department procedures, processing new orders, and tracking costs and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes. Must be able to create and maintain a safety-first environment.
• Auditing work and customer service to meet high standards, efficiency, and meeting productivity goals.
• Provide training and assistance to new employees in the performance of work-related tasks. Computer literacy and good organizational abilities.
• Manage department staffing to maximize efficiency and utilization support.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in general construction and experience managing staff.
• Proven ability to supervise various levels of field managers as well as crews with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Established dedication to safety and ability to display adherence to our Company's operating principles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the customer, employees and project teams.
• The proven ability to work under pressure and handle stress and travel to local job sites.
• MA Construction Supervisors License and OSHA 30 Training required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, sales and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
