Being a Construction Loan Manager provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to loan officers. Directs all facets of construction loan processing from origination to closing. Additionally, Construction Loan Manager reviews appraisals and credit analysis to ensure a comprehensive review process and to reduce risk. Authorizes loan requests within established limits or presents loans to loan committee for approval. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Construction Loan Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Construction Loan Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     - Familiarity with Civil 3D or other design software is a plus

    - Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals
    - Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
