Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (some days may require more than 8 hours; some weeks may require additional workdays). May be required to attend industry/company functions outside of normal business hours.
Position Summary
The Services Manager oversees all projects from beginning to the end while professionally representing Camp. The role is responsible for writing a detailed scope of work, estimating the scope of work, selecting subcontractor, procures materials, scheduling start/completion dates, and overseeing all work to ensure quality control and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The Services Manager must have strong oral and written skills to effectively communicate with other Camp employees, vendors, subcontractors, and clients including property-level personnel. Service Superintendents should have experience bidding, selling, and producing work in the construction industry. The role must have the ability excellent time management skills for self and others to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role must have excellent organization and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have 2 years’ experience in construction service. Must have completed OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses, or complete OSHA 10 within first 10 working days, and OSHA 30 within the first 40 working days of employment with Camp.
