Construction Inspection Services Manager jobs in Grand Rapids, MI

ABI Inspection Services is looking for hard working additional like-minded team member to join our inspection team for real estate inspection services.

Previous home inspection or construction experience is required. The applicant must have an understanding of construction of homes and the inside workings and mechanics of a home. We will provide all necessary training, and educational costs associated with this position.

Our ideal candidate will be a past contractor or engineer or hold a degree or qualification in a construction related field and be a licensed home inspector. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills and a clean driving record. A work truck and cell phone will be provided.

Candidate will be required to access attics, crawl spaces and be comfortable on ladders and roofs.

Work areas include west Michigan areas, such as Grand Rapids, Holland, Saugatuck, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, South Haven, Paw Paw to name a few.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
