  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders. Duties: - Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success - Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports - Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation and control - Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, or Civil 3D - Excellent blueprint reading and construction estimating skills - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination - Ability to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
