Nooter is seeking an experienced VDC Coordinator to join our virtual design and construction team to work on projects in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. An ideal candidate, has the ability to manage, assess and evaluate model-based information from design team, trade subcontractors and others necessary to construct the project as specified by the contract documents.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare piping 3D models using Revit and Sysque as well as other design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• 3D coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Manage coordination models, model-based submittals and shop drawings. Assess conformance to contract specifications. Resolve any conflicts in design intent/interpretation.
• Communicate with Project Engineers/Project Managers and assist the project teams by providing the needed information for construction.
