Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Assist with construction estimating and budgeting
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and identify any potential issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in resolving any construction-related issues or disputes

Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or HeavyBid
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Experience in project management is a plus
