Being a Conservation Technician may require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Conservation Technician relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Boone County Fiscal Court is now hiring for a seasonal Conservation Technician in the Parks Department. This is a seasonal benefit that has no fringe benefits.
This position is seasonal with Boone County Parks. The incumbent will conduct habitat restoration work on public lands throughout Boone County. They will be Seasonal, part-time employees of Boone County Parks. The position will be located in Burlington, Kentucky with frequent travel throughout the county.
