We’re looking for a detail-oriented System Configuration Analyst. Is it you?

The System Configuration Analyst I role is a valued member of the configuration team that focuses on client communications and daily customer site confirmation.  They ensure that their configurations are accurate, up-to-date, and exceed the clients’ expectations of quality.  In this role your main responsibility is to perform quality configurations as it relates to communication delivery and daily site configuration. An ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, can approach problem-solving challenges, has a strong attention to detail, is a self-starter and has a passion for delivering with quality.

Here’s what a System Configuration Analyst I does at Evive (for people who like bullet lists):

• Test, review and configuration communications with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Execute daily customer site configuration per client requirements.
• Perform data entry, formulas, and basic calculations in Excel at an intermediate level to deliver communications to the correct target audience.
• Test and proofread client related content and communications in accordance with Evive style guide.
• Use internal tooling to deliver timely, accurate communications and configurations.
• Participate in occasional client meetings to help document and capture requirements. 
• Collaborate with team members to identify and exceed client goals.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all deliverables, including templates used, counts, and delivery dates.
• Respond to client demands, as well as internal requirements, while identifying and balancing competing priorities.
• Understand and apply all Evive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Incorporate A/B testing in communication materials.
• Bring a positive  and constructive presence to working in a team environment.
• All other duties as assigned or required by the business.

You bring a lot to the table.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience working in system/project management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira,).
• Superb attention to detail and layout consistency in data and writing.
• Knowledge of the benefits industry or health care space (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
