The Client Delivery Services (CDS) team delivers comprehensive solutions that meet client business needs. The CDS team are the recognized product specialists and advisors. They develop requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This team’s role is critical for MMIT to ensure timely and accurate configurations to clients.

Job Description

The Configuration Analyst (CA) is the recognized product specialist from a technical and design perspective. You will help to configure and design products for our clients and execute tasks related to our project plans.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Configure products according to business requirements, assessing feasibility and collaborating with Project Team to refine requirements as needed.
• Proficient in understating requirements and objectives by a thorough understanding of business systems and requirements.
• Approach QA with tenacity, executing thorough QA processes and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Continuously update/maintain configuration documentation and offer areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with project team and other MMIT teams to ensure configurations are completed within schedule and correctly.
• Excels in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
• 1-3 yrs. of professional experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Fundamental understanding of Pharma and Market access space.
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills and working collaboratively with internal teams.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
