Your Mission
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Configuration Analyst to help us ensure that the performance, function, and documentation of our products are consistent across multiple programs and customers. This involves managing the functional requirements, design, manufacturing, and operational information throughout each product's lifecycle. This role will be responsible for managing all data exchange, storage, and distribution for the Airbus US products, ensuring Configuration Management (CM), company compliance, and accurate delivery of Contractual Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and Data Item Descriptions (DID).
The salary range for this role is $77.6K to $93.1K based upon relevant experience.
Your Day-to-Day
CM System(s) and Process Management: 30%
· Support product and document configuration management process, planning documentation, and procedures.
· Participate in the development/design, and implementation of configuration management tools and help assist in the maintenance of these tools.
· Use standard CM tools to ensure the proper handling and storage of all program documents, including file organization and personnel access.
· Evaluate, setup, configure, deploy, utilize defect tracking, and version control systems.
· Analyze processes, recommend standardization solutions, and implement improvements on a continuous basis.
· Ensures changes to the process methods and processes are properly approved, communicated, and managed throughout the CM lifecycle.
· Provide guidance on CM best practice methods, standards, and requirements to individuals responsible for product lifecycle management.
· Support the cross-functional teams in the utilization of database tools and processes.
Configuration and Data Management 60%
· Conduct configuration management throughout the lifecycle of various projects.
· Work with all document authors to ensure data quality including proper marking, storage, format, distribution, and exchange of all program documents.
· Coordinate and prepare customer change boards and data deliverables for formal on-time delivery in required media using US government and/or commercial data transfer systems.
· Gather and coordinate data to complete documentation items in accordance with contract requirements for deliveries to customers.
· Assist in processing and delivering documents such as Change Requests (CR), Customer Change Boards (CCB), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL), Deviations, Waivers, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Financial Reports such as Basis of Estimates (BOEs), End Item Data Packs (EIDP), and other contractual data deliverables to customers.

Your Profile
Education:
• Required: BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline OR equivalent experience
• Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience:
• Required :
o 3-5 years of experience working as an business analyst, supply chain professional, engineering assistant or other relevant work experience.
• Preferred:
o Experience as a configuration analyst of complex products within the aerospace defense industry.
o Experience using the Atlassian JIRA/Confluence/SAP tool sets.
o Experience with SAP (or similar ERP software systems)
o Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems
o Experience working in a Government Contracting environment, familiar with Government Contracting regulations and requirements.
o Knowledge of Mil Standard MIL-HDBK-61A/B or SAE International EIA-649 Configuration Management
o Experience managing USG/DOD products and services.
o Experience working directly with USG/DOD customers.
o CCADM NDIA Certification
