HW/SW Engineer LAB Configuration

- Ft. Leavenworth, KS

Hatalom Corporation is seeking a HW/SW Engineer LAB Configuration in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS. This opportunity is available contingent upon contract award.

Essential Functions:

- Organizes and maintains configuration of the training facility

- Ensures devices and network management hardware items are linked and synchronized for innovation and demonstration exercises

- Maintains update status of software and hardware to ensure that systems align and are capable of functioning

- Adapts hardware/software/network configurations to changing requirements from the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) STE office.

Requirements:

- Knowledge in the planning, development, installation/maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WANS and cable systems

- Experience with network products to include but not limited to Cisco, Nortel, DLINK and Lucent and LVC-G and STE technologies

- United States citizen

- Active Secret Clearance

Experience:

- 4 years’ experience in Information Technology/Telecommunications, Modeling & Simulations field

- Experience in computer systems engineering and network specifications as they are related to product testing and evaluation

Working Conditions: Inside office on Government site

Required Travel: Frequently

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Week: Monday – Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

Work Hours: 0800 – 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)
